The scope of work included:
Coordinating with a crane and rigging company for safe lifting and staging of the units.
Planning and securing RGN (Removable Gooseneck) trailers for transport.
Handling scheduling, permits, and port delivery requirements.
Ensuring all documentation for export was in place before arrival at the terminal.
On arrival at the port, we coordinated with terminal staff to ensure smooth entry, staging, and offloading. All documentation — from bills of lading to export clearance — was prepared in advance to avoid delays and extra storage costs.
